Established in 1976 Trøndelag Centre for Contemporary Art (TSSK) is a venue for Norwegian and Nordic contemporary art in Trondheim, and is an important social and professional meeting place for the region's artists, art scene and audience. Our program includes solo-shows as well as group exhibitions of emerging and established artists from all artistic backgrounds.
Free Admission!
Our venue is wheelchair accessible through a step-free main entrance. An elevator from the ground floor provides access to the mezzanine on the second floor, and the project room on the underground floor. If preferred, you can also use our parallel main entrance for direct access to the elevator without passing through the exhibition space.
No, admission is free.
You are more than welcome to take as many photos as you want in the exhibitions for private use!
Yes, smaller groups are welcome to explore our exhibitions. Please read our information for visitors during the Covid-19 pandemic.
For larger groups, school classes or student groups we kindly ask you to make a booking in advance on email.: formidling (at) samtidskunst.no
Yes, professional artists are welcome to apply when we are accepting submissions. Our Artistic Board is in charge of programming.
When does TSSK accept exhibition proposals?
